Classmate Daniel Freeman
Daniel R. Freeman, 65, of Davenport, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2015. Following cremation a visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00PM on Wednesday, September 30 at the Runge Mortuary. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.rungemortuary.com.
A Davenport native, Dan served in the United States Marine Corps. He married Linda thirty one years ago. He retired from AMCOR in Lexington, KY and was a former wrestler at West High School where he graduated in 1968.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; children, Stephanie, Joslynn, Brenda, Patty and Gary; ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Judy and Sandy and two brothers, Franc and Mel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grady and Delores Freeman; a brother, Bill, and sister-in-law, Judy; nephew, Bob and mother-in-law, Evelyn.
